Naval vessel lineup discontinuation

We have some sad news to deliver. After receiving the new resin a few weeks ago we tried different methods to get the naval vessels that print to stay unbent and we got mixed results. Some models wouldn't bend at all, others would bend violently and no matter what method we tried the freshly printed model would warp. Unfortunately we have run out of the new ABS like resin and out of options as well and this is the conclusion:

We will stop offering naval vessels effective immediately. We will continue to make tests on the side but without an effective method we are not comfortable offering ships that are bent or could bend a few days later.

For those who already have orders with naval vessels:

Some orders have printed models that have passed our inspections but no order is 100% complete therefore we will be writing separately to each customer with the option of sending the printed models with a refund of the models that are not available or a full refund. For those orders that never got a printed model on the table (due to testing failures or other circumstances) a full refund will be issued.

It saddens us that this has to happen but we feel that it is the right step to take instead of sending defective prints. If you have a naval order please await your private email and we will proceed accordingly. Thank you for being patient with us along this process and it really saddens our heart that we could not deliver.
